1. General conditions:
Products sold (such as shampoo, cream, and serum) are considered personal items and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, to preserve health and safety.
Liquids, including serum and oil treatments, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with global health standards.
2. Exceptions for acceptance of return or exchange:
We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:
If a wrong or different product than ordered was delivered.
If the product arrived damaged or was damaged during shipping.
3. Receipt and documentation process:
The delivery process of the product to the customer is photographed by the representative to ensure the product was delivered in good condition and matches the order.
If there are any notes upon receipt, the customer must inform the representative directly.
4. Steps to submit a return or exchange request:
You must contact us through our official channels (WhatsApp number or email) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Provide a clear video or photos proving the error or damage in the product.
After reviewing the request and verification, we will respond within 48 hours.
5. Important notes:
We cannot accept return or exchange requests for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse.
The customer bears additional shipping fees for exchanges unless the error is on our part.
